By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any way using the 66kk platform (available at 66kk.club and any associated mobile interfaces), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and, if you have an account, contact support to arrange its closure.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the registered user or visitor) and 66kk (the platform operator). Account Security

All financial transactions on 66kk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 66kk does not charge internal currency conversion fees — the amount you deposit in ৳ is the amount credited to your account, and the amount you withdraw in ৳ is the amount sent to your designated payment method, subject only to any fees imposed by the payment service provider on their end.

General Bonus Conditions

66kk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice to the account holder. Circumstances in which account action may be taken include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• Use of multiple accounts or participation in coordinated bonus abuse schemes.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against 66kk through a payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity has been recorded for a period of twelve consecutive months. 66kk will send at least two email reminders to the registered address before applying the dormant account fee schedule. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 will be deducted from the dormant account balance, commencing in the thirteenth month of inactivity. Reactivating a dormant account is straightforward — simply log in and make a deposit.

Voluntary Account Closure

Before closure is actioned, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your designated BDT payment method. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted so as to give effect to the original intent of the parties to the greatest extent possible under applicable law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 66kk with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.
